President and Marketing Director David T. Lowe co-founded Angel's Loving Care, Inc. in 2002.
Angel's Loving Care, Inc. (ALC) is leading the way to public education and new market opportunities in the home health care field, through quality care giving services by professional CareGivers.
Since its inception in 2002, a singular vision -- "We Are Your Guardian Angels" -- has propelled Angel's Loving Care, Inc. to its position as an upstart leading provider of professional home health care services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lowe has trained his focus on breaking new ground in world class customer care. He has established top notch support systems while maintaining and growing a reputation for excellent service and quality innovation. Mr. Lowe's ideas about home health care and care giving often predate industry trends. For more than twenty years, he has been advancing the slogan, World Class Customer Care -- a succinct statement of the company's vision of quality. He was also the first to coin the phrase and develop the concept of 24X7 Customer Care. Early on he also volunteered at the Los Angeles Free Clinic, Suicide Prevention, and Pacific State Hospital. Today Mr. Lowe does volunteer work with the Red Cross and Meals on Wheels and provides seminars on aging issues to schools and service organizations.
Mr. Lowe graduated from St. Mary's with a BA in Business. He followed that with an Executive MBA. He has held numerous executive management positions with successful and prestigious high technology companies throughout his career. His corporate and international experience and expertise are all assets that now contribute to the success of Angel's Loving Care, Inc. and to the care of their clients. He also completed all of his studies, met all conditions and passed the examination required for certification by The Society of Certified Senior Advisors, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) ®
Vice President and Treasure Teresita T. Lowe is the co-founder and driving influence behind Angel's Loving Care Inc. Through her many years of experience in the care giving business she became acutely aware of the shortcomings of the services provided for both the clients and the CareGivers. Her objective was to form a company that addressed the basic needs of both CareGivers and clients in an honest, caring and professional manner.
Ms. Lowe owned a number of successful companies and has been in the care giving business for over twenty years. She has worked in a number of Home Health companies, Assisted Living Facilities, Board and Care's and even today is working with long term ALC clients as a one on one CareGiver.
Office Manager Cielo Alcantara is the heart and soul of the office staff. Ms. Alcantara manages all of the daily office activities associated with ALC clients and CareGivers.
She has been with ALC for over five years and brought with her a broad back office knowledge that has greatly enhanced ALC's objective to keep our operating costs as low as possible. Ms. Alcantara schedules the CareGivers daily activities, monitors client satisfaction and processes all the daily paperwork.
CareGivers ALC is very fortunate to have such a large, dedicated and loyal staff of professional CareGivers. Many of ALC's CareGivers have been with the company for over five years.
ALC's CareGivers (over 1500 in our registry) have a wide variety of experience that can satisfy any of ALC's client's needs. The majority has worked in Assisted Living Facilities, Board and Care and has many years of one on one in home care. The average age of ALC's CareGivers is approximately forty and the ratio of male to female is forty percent male to sixty percent female. Male CareGivers are very much in demand if "lifting" of client is required.
